By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These are designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you and to set clear expectations from both sides.
General Information
We try to maintain accurate stock counts of all clothing and apparels on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the product you selected, a different size ( subject to availability), a different product of same or greater value or store credit of the billed amount.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email to follow your delivery status.
Delivery & Address Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact info are correct when ordering.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details. Delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur an extra fee.
Working Days
- Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM IST.
Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged:

International Duties & Taxes
- Customs duties and import taxes vary by country.
Any additional fees charged by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
The Giraff company is not liable for these additional charges.
